Practice Areas

We focus on the visa categories that matter most to our clients: entrepreneurs, families, and international businesses connecting the US and Europe.

Most Popular

E-2 Treaty Investor Visa

The E-2 visa allows citizens of treaty countries to enter and work in the United States based on a substantial investment in a US business. The Czech Republic has an active treaty with the United States, making Czech nationals eligible for this powerful visa category.

Whether you are starting a new business, purchasing an existing one, or investing in a franchise, the E-2 visa gives you the freedom to live and work in America while building your enterprise. The visa is renewable indefinitely as long as your business remains active.

Who Qualifies?

  • Citizens of treaty countries (including Czech Republic, Germany, France, UK, and many more)
  • Investors making a substantial investment in a real, operating US business
  • Entrepreneurs who will develop and direct the business
  • Key employees of E-2 companies (executive, supervisory, or essential skills)

  • Employee must have worked for the foreign entity for at least 1 year in the past 3 years
